All subscriptions auto-renew at the full rate, $28 for monthly, $161 for annual, and $195 for premium. To update account settings and/or credit card info, customers need to log on to their account at members.prepdish.com. They will then click on My Account and select the appropriate link. Note: if customers subscribed prior to 1/1/2016, they will not be able to update credit card information. They need to contact the Customer Service Department for assistance. If customers wish to cancel their PrepDish subscription, they need to follow these steps: (1) Log on to their account at members.prepdish.com. (2) Click on the My Account. (3) Click on “Cancel my Subscription” and follow directions from there. The screen will refresh to confirm action and a cancellation email will be sent to confirm their cancellation. They will receive meal plan access until the end of their subscription period. No further billing will occur. Sending an email to customer service does not cancel their subscription. They must log in and follow the steps above to cancel their auto-renewal. Note: if they subscribed prior to 1/1/2016, they will not be able to follow this method. They need to contact the Customer Service Department for assistance. Allow 48 hours for cancellation requests to be processed.
